This page explains what personal data B2B Growth OÜ collects, what we use it for and what rights you have.

What we collect

Only what you send us through the form:

• your name;
• your e-mail address;
• your phone number (if you add it);
• a link to your LinkedIn profile or company page (if you add one);
• the message you write (if you write one).

To block spam and abuse, the server keeps a hash calculated from your IP address (not the address itself) and the submission time for up to 1 hour. In addition, the web hosting server keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page), used for security and troubleshooting.

Why, and on what legal basis

• To answer your request and run the free audit. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To block spam and keep the site secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not use this data for profiling or automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

We never sell or trade personal data. An enquiry sent through the form reaches us as an e-mail: it passes through our processors: web hosting by Elkdata OÜ (Veebimajutus.ee, Estonia), network and security service Cloudflare, and e-mail by Google Workspace. Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Union; this is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• If you become a client, statutory contract and accounting periods apply (source documents: 7 years).
• IP hash used for spam protection: up to 1 hour.

Cookies and tracking

This site has no cookies, no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel and no other tracking scripts. We do not follow you around the web. That is also why there is no cookie consent banner here.

Your rights

• ask what data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted;
• restrict or object to processing;
• receive your data in a machine-readable format.

Write to indrek@b2bgrowth.eu — we answer within one month at the latest. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
