By spotlighting small to mid-sized transactions, we aim to foster collaboration, build a robust network, and inspire a new generation of entrepreneurs through acquisition. ETA, or entrepreneurship through acquisition, is not discussed much. It provides many opportunities and new ways to become a company owner.
The host, Indrek Põldvee, for the past 10 years is an entrepreneur and has built his own micro companies in Estonia. Just in the Fall of 2024, he heard about ETA and started learning more, but it had never entered his mind. All financial challenges and lack of capital mean people always build their own companies. He thought that’s how it was supposed to be.
When he found other podcasts talking about ETA, he was into it and started to focus on it. That’s why this podcast is to build a network of similar-minded people and find people with more experience than him and maybe even find companies to buy through this podcast.
We want to create a community of likeminded people in Europa.
