About B2B Growth
B2B Growth is a LinkedIn agency based in Tallinn, Estonia. We work only on LinkedIn. We build company pages and the personal profiles of founders, executives and sales teams for B2B companies across Europe.
Indrek Põldvee founded B2B Growth in 2019. The team is founder-led, with dedicated writers and account managers for each client.

How we work
We have a weekly call with each leader. When needed, we add an interview of up to 45 minutes. We write the posts in their voice and keep content ready two to three weeks ahead. The leader replies to comments personally. We measure engagement per 1,000 followers, not follower count.

- An international retail chain's Estonian account ranked first of 35 country accounts in engagement per 1,000 followers (internal benchmark, April 2024 – March 2025).
- Two senior leaders at a large Estonian company: 39,705 and 58,297 impressions in five months, with 3.9% and 3.2% engagement. Most profiles stay at 1–2%.
- Combat Ready: 89 meetings in 7 months from two LinkedIn profiles, 17 of them with CEOs. Golden Parrot 2024 award, lead generation category.

Founder
Indrek Põldvee is a LinkedIn trainer and the founder of B2B Growth. He previously co-founded Sorry as a Service, which went through Techstars London in 2017, and hosted the Estonian entrepreneurship podcast „Hakkame tegutsema“ (100+ interviews, 350,000+ downloads).
